During this difficult time Wheatberries Bakery is pleased to offer daily service from our Gibsons location and a modified schedule from our Sechelt Hospital Kiosk.

We have repurposed our Davis Bay location and are proud to be running the Sunshine Coast Food Service Response program from this site.

At Wheatberries we believe that amazing products begin with amazing ingredients, and that delicious food made with love has the power to uplift, connect, nurture, and heal.

Sunshine Coast Food Service Response

Sunshine Coast Food Service Response is a collaborative frozen meal program that provides delicious prepared meals through progressive retailers on the coast. For every 5 meals that sell we donate an additional meal to one of our food insecure neighbours. In April 2020 SCfsr was created and our Wheatberries Bakery location in Davis Bay has been dedicated to continuing this program through the summer, fall, and now winter. We remain shuttered for retail while we continue this important work. We are very proud that to date this program has provided over 2500 meals to our local community.
